Child Health & Disability Prevention Program

Accuracy and Integrity Advisors Inc. can help your agency participate in the  Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP) Program. We can help you through the state process, perform the training necessary for your staff, and ensure simple and compliant billing services.

What is CHDP?
CHDP provides care coordination to assist families with medical appointment scheduling, transportation, and access to diagnostic and treatment services.  Health assessments are provided by enrolled private physicians, local health departments, community clinics,managed care plans, and local school districts.

Health and developmental history
Complete Physical Examination
Oral Health Assessment
Nutrition Assessment
Behavioral Assessment
Immunizations as appropriate for age
Vision Screening
Hearing Screening
Laboratory tests for anemia, blood lead, tuberculosis, urine abnormalities, sexually transmitted diseases and other problems as needed.
